Ayr Wellness Inc. (CSE: AYR.A, OTCQX: AYRWF) (“Ayr,” “Ayr Wellness,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”), a vertically-integrated cannabis multi-state operator (MSO), will hold a conference call on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time to discuss its results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. The Company will provide its financial results in a press release prior to the conference call. The Company will begin reporting its financial statements in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as of the first quarter of 2021.
