Although Liberty Health Sciences hasn’t posted a press release, they will be releasing earnings today after the bell. According to James Baker, a prominent investor and major Liberty Shareholder, the company will be reporting earnings today. He posted the following message on his United Shareholders Of Liberty Health Sciences LHSIF LHS Facebook group:
“Liberty Health Sciences shareholders are beginning to receive a Management Information Circular and proxies for the February 23, 2021, special meeting:
Minor Setback” Acknowledged – With the upcoming release of its third quarter results, Liberty will report a material reduction in revenue and profits and a significant decrease in its cash balance. The reductions were a result of operational issues at the production facility in Gainesville that resulted in a significant decrease in the number of plants harvested, the yields, and the products available for sale. Management has taken action and has been addressing the issues. December and January month to date results show a recovery in revenues. Third quarter results are expected to be published January 29, 2021.”
As a Liberty Health Sciences shareholder, I’ve yet to receive the prospectus or any communications from the company regarding the upcoming special meeting or earnings.
