Pursuant to the terms of the RSU Plan (the “Plan”) of the Company, 4,082,474 RSUs were awarded to officers, directors, and employees pursuant to the Company’s Plan which shall vest in three equal tranches, on November 1, 2021, November 1, 2022, and November 1, 2023, unless otherwise varied pursuant to the terms of the Plan.
