InterCure Expects to Publish its full Audited Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Results Prior to the TSX Closing on April 5, 2022

(NASDAQ: INCR) (TSX: INCR.U) (TASE: INCR) (dba Canndoc)(“InterCure” or the “Company”) announced a delay in the publication of the Company’s audited financial statements and accompanying notes due to immaterial technical matters being finalized with the Company’s auditors and are expected to be available under the Company’s profile on SEDAR prior to close of trading on the TSX on April 5, 2022. The Company will seek a temporary trading halt in connection with the publication.
